What happens if video generation fails?
A confirmed terminal system or provider failure follows CubistAI’s video credit-refund flow. A polling interruption does not mean the task failed; check My Creations or refresh the task status before trying again. A completed result that differs from your expectations is not the same as a technical failure.
Will it look exactly like the sample or keep both faces perfectly?
AI output can vary in likeness, gestures and transitions. The current story illustrations are concept art, not actual output samples. No exact facial match or identical sequence is guaranteed.
What happens to the photos I select?
Opening the tool again starts with empty photos and default settings. A local draft is kept for up to 24 hours to restore your form after signing in or recover a submitted task. Clear photos removes the local draft. Photos are uploaded only when you submit generation; submitted creations follow CubistAI’s privacy policy.
