We only store your content when you actively trigger the following actions: 1) Save to History (login required), 2) Publish to Inspiration Gallery (public display), 3) Download backup to cloud (if sync feature is enabled). For premium members, the history feature allows you to access saved content at any time. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Information Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• To fulfill legal obligations or court orders
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of CubistAI or users
• With partners who provide technical infrastructure services (such as cloud service providers)
